The staff were pretty good too accommodate our needs. Despite the noise from the airplanes, the landing was smooth and the hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was awesome and the location was perfect for exploring the area. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time staying here. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which made us feel at ease. The staff on the reception desk provided us with excellent service upon check-out. The restaurant had great breakfast options and the room service was also exceptional. The spa lounge was a perfect place for entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, the in-room amenities such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning were very helpful during our stay.
We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive. The location was very close to Congonhas airport, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was perfect and the WiFi quality was good in both the rooms and the lobby.

The hotel serves an average breakfast with bread, cold cuts, juices, and fruits in a nice area. The bedrooms were super spacious. The location is very nice, situated in a rich area with nice restaurants and shops. It is close to Shopping Ibirapuera, providing easy access to various shopping options. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
